  2. Bank Transfer
    You can also choose to pay via bank transfer. After completing your order, you will receive an email with the necessary details to make the transfer. The order will be processed once we confirm receipt of the payment in our account. Please note that confirmation times may vary depending on the banking institution.

Invoicing

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order summary and the corresponding invoice via email. If you require an invoice made out to a company or with specific tax information, you can request it during the checkout process or contact us at: info@pantheonpop.com

Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 24 to 72 business hours.

  • Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during high demand periods (sales, promotional campaigns, holidays, etc.) or due to external factors such as logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout before completing your order. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply for orders above a certain amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, if available, a tracking number to check the delivery status.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Pantheon Pop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

Order Cancellation Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 calendar days from the date you received the products or when a third party authorized by you (other than the carrier) took possession of them.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Refund

Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 30 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Exceptions: Non-returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products according to your specifications.

  • Products that, by nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable goods or items with a close expiration date).

  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

Pantheon Pop reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning the Product

The customer assumes the costs and risks associated with returning the products. Items must be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the products or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return.

If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
